The Fine Print

Check-in after 19:30 is subject to an additional fee of EUR 40, payable on site. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. They can be rented at an additional cost of EUR 40 for a double bed (including towels) and EUR 20 for a single bed (including towels). Linen must be collected at our office in Portoferraio and requested at least 7 days prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
